A video came up for me on Youtube about the fighting there 8 years ago. That is when most of the population was still living there and the fighting was Russia aligned forces against those of Azov, Right Sector and so on. They had an interview with one of the Mayors there. He said, they always go against homes, hospitals, schools and so on. The intent is to get people to leave. So it appears that Ukraine was now complaining about activities which Ukraine itself had done earlier in this war.
