Putin's supply chains have collapsed. HIs support in Russia has collapsed. Putin is dealing with his own people wanting him to resign... How will this caged rat react? This rat has access to nuclear weapons, even limited weapons to use against whomever he needs. I don't think this is going to end well for anyone unless they take away that ability.

Not really, since what the picture is trying to say is unclear.

Are you saying Russia is a puppet of Russia? That is what the picture shows, after all. And it doesn't make any sense.
