Everything depends on the power holders, and who the power holders are in this nation.

If we as conservatives decide to battle an issue, then we have the opposition that depending on their entrenched power will do everything they can to stop any conservative legislation or ideas that would battle the things gone wrong in our society at large.

Until the hearts and minds are won back in this country, we will continue in this downward spiral that we have been seeing continue in this country almost unabated now. Are we doing everything to win those hearts and minds back ??

The idea of human equality only lay within the individual human being's themselves, and not in any system that demands it.

A system that demands it is either socialist or communist. We are neither here, but we have elements of both existing around us, and it could be growing stronger and stronger.
