As a resident of Wisconsin walker saaaved me $5 in property taxes. Now, since most all the school districts near us including us having to go to referendum to keep our schools going, my taxes will go up about $35 so we can offer AP classes and keep things going. Our kids score very well and most all go onto college. But Walker doesn't want that. Instead its wise to give about 200 million to a private firm to help build a new stadium for the bucks.

And to think that Walker got to stay in office in that recall election, in a primarily blue state. Those Democrats sure must love their sports!

Proving that money doesn't equal a good education. We have thrown tons of money at some schools only to end up with the worst schools in the country. I don't care if you spend a million dollars on a student. If they aren't interested in showing up with a good attitude and learning, it's wasted money. Liberals think spending money is the magic cure for everything and it proves that the left doesn't have a fucking clue how to address many of the problems we face.

Wisconsin schools are good. I have several relatives around the state. Of course, the schools have a lot of good students who were taught respect by good parents. That is the ticket, not throwing more money to teachers unions.

No, my argument is fine. Less money is being spent in Wisconsin simply because the unions aren't getting it. You are counting the money that used to go directly to unions as spending on students. It never was spent on students.

Across the country, money is being poured into 'education', but it's actually not going to the schools.
