Yes....this guy who shot a police officer in the face at a traffic stop....was not legally allowed to have that gun....

So....background check failed....

So...gun registration would fail....

So...it was a .357 revolver so magazine capacity fail....no magazine....

If the anti gunners were so concerned about violent criminals and gun crime they would focus their attention like a laser beam on these criminals...this guy had multiple gun offenses...and was walking the street...one of the gun offenses...shooting at another police officer...

and he was walking the streets with an illegal gun....

then he goes out and gets a gun...probably faster than I could......and shoots this officer....

Again...if you anti-gun nuts actually cared about gun violence, and not guns, then you would fight to stop these guys, not John Q. Citizen who doesn't break the law....

Lock this guy up on his first felony arrest with a gun for 15-20 years....and you would see these monsters stop using guns.....but no....it is the gun...not the gun crime you care about...
