I don't believe it'll be as easy as an "that's it". In absence of a declared war the constitutional power of the President's military authority is one of those things scholars can argue endlessly and it isn't unusual for these things to end up in court.

The Deep-State is trying to divide up his house. They are planting wolves in sheep's clothing (Pro-Trumpsters' suits) around the President giving him phony itels, in order to get the people to dislike the President. The Transgender community should be challenging the info from those that has giving the President the reports. The Deep -state has already put out in the public's minds that Pres. Trump doesn't have trust in some of the heads of certain dept. And so now that lie is forcing the President to go along with their data, or else they will mark him as being schizo. And now they are smiling at him when he has to go along with their programs, until trey divideth up his house.
