The consensus narrative by apologists of Woo is that Consciiousness is Universal .
So, however technologically more advanced they might be -- Consciousness is identical everywhere and therefore at a common level across all entities .

Which broadly translates as having the capacity for being what we see as Good and Evil and everything between the two .
This then implicates the "God" notion as having exactly the same composition and capacity, and embracing both Good and Evil .
And that far better explains ( in Cultist terms) why we endure so called Evil and why fairness and justice have never really existed and never will ..
