As we already know, Joe Biden is controlled by the democrat party. The only REAL Joe Biden that you see is when he goes off script and when tehy come on to the platform where he is speaking from and they pull him off the stage to stop him from saying the WRONG thing and guide him to the exit... . In short, speeches and actions are all controlled by the Democrat party. It is the democrat party which has done nothing for America since they got into power in and have done everything to hurt this country.
