When did Merrick Garland say "NO" to President Biden?

Biden is pissed that Garland didn't convict Trump before the election. Obviously Garland didn't do as told.
Biden and Garland are both incompetent, even in their dishonesty and evil plans. They couldn't get done what they wanted. Almost like cartoon characters. I wonder if Trump will prosecute them, that would sure make me happy

As expected, You have plenty of theories, but no proof. Typical childish cult member.

A lot of us are pissed that he waited so long. Do you think that is proof that Biden gave Garland instructions?
Why do you think he did wait so long? Why did he wait until right after Trump announced his intention to run?

Are you positive that Trump's announcement of running for president had nothing to do with the appointment of Jack Smith as Special Counsel?

Theories? That Biden and Garland are incompetent and couldn't get the job done getting Trump put in prison? That seems to be actually what had happened! Try again

The presidency wasn't trump's main goal. Staying out of prison was. that's why he filed so early.

Try to stay on subject. We were discussing whether Biden gave Garland instructions. No evidence yet?

How are we going to be privy to bidens private instructions to get Trump? Biden did say he was extremely disappointed that Garland couldn't accomplish it so there must have been some type of expectation wouldn't you think? Biden's incompetence was on full display for 4 years. Biden's re-election chances depended on jailing of trump, can't prove it, but it seems obvious to me.

Signed

So no credible reason to believe Biden told Garland to do anything. You just like making shit up, just like that lying orange loser.

Interesting bit of left-wing paranoia, but my question was are you positive that the appointment of Jack Smith had nothing to do with Donald Trump announcing he was running for president?

Even though it was shortly after Trump announced that Garland appointed Smith, you are still certain that one had nothing to do with the other?

If you’re afraid to answer, just say it’s part of an ongoing investigation or whatever other bullshit Democrats tell Congress.

Trump's announcement and Smith's appointment both happened in November, 3 days apart. It was well known and reported before Smith's appointment that federal prosecutors were already finalizing plans for charges against trump. Trump saw the handwriting on the wall.

An mildly interesting word salad.

The question is this: Are you sure that there was no other connection between Trump's announcement and Smith's appointment 3 days later but coincidental proximity in time?

Do you have any credible reason to believe there was a connection? If so, please present it. No evidence leaves you with just another crazy conspiracy theory, as usual. Trump was aware that charges were being determined and would be presented soon.

Present evidence to dispute what? If you’re not claiming that Trump announcing his candidacy and the administration of his chief political opponent appointing a special prosecutor to go after him were completely unrelated events, then we have no argument.

It sounds like you fully understand that of course one thing led to another, and there’s no way such timing could be coincidental. Obviously, Trump running against his boss, which could (and did) lead to him losing his job, was a key motivator for Merritt Garland appointing the special prosecutor. You seem to know that.

Maybe you’re just too stubborn to admit it?

Of course they are related. Trump was aware that charges were to be filed soon, so he quickly announced his run for the presidency, much sooner than anyone else has ever announced as a last-ditch effort in response.

You sure seem to know a lot about nothing. It's pretty obvious with the four indictments against trump it was all politically motivated. Anyone with a brain can see that

Perhaps a brain that is clouded by MAGA cult indoctrination.
