When should Trump be sentenced?

The secondary crimes were identified, and given to the defense. There was a federal, and two state crimes that were violated.

with the requirement: when his intent to defraud includes an intent to commit
another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof
They were never listed. You’re lying.

Can you tell me what they were?

What law did he even break?

Don’t just recite what he was charged with, explain it. There was no hush money.
Trump wanted to "hush" Stormy Daniels and Susan McDugal from telling the voting public he had sex with the two of them. Trump conspired with David Pecker to "catch and kill" any such stories, as well as to make up "fake news" against his political rivals, like Ted Cruz.

These efforts to influence the election were a violation of FEC and NYS laws.

Contributions are the most common source of campaign support.

A contribution is anything of value given, loaned or advanced to influence a federal election.s

Contributions are subject to the Act’s source prohibitions.
Contributions are subject to the Act’s amount limitations.

The $130,000 paid to Stormy Daniels and the $150,000 to Karen McDugal were campaign contributions, and required to be reported to the FEC.

Not only weren't they reported, but Trump made up business records in order to keep the FEC from finding out, and to avoid NYS taxes claiming the bribes were business expenses.

I am an well-informed person who keeps you up to speed.

The accused was found guilty by a jury of his peers in a well-run trial.

Trump is now a felon.
Do courts always get everything right?

Of course, you know they don’t. You can cling onto it all you want though. You’ll look programmed, unwilling to discuss anything other than the fixed results

Stormy Daniels openly admitted the affair never happened, then changed her story.

She has no credibility

The right of appeal is preserved, of course, and Trump will still be a felon when it is denied.

34 felonies. Falsifying business records. 57 more felonies to go. Doesn't sound all that serious, but then again, when they finally caught Al Capone it was on a tax evasion rap.
It’s politically motivated lawfare. Polling data suggests that the public isn’t buying it. So do the daily TDS desperation threads being posted here by the useful idiot platoon.

It is a law in the books. Nobody forced Trump to break the law. It wasn't an "accident". You and the rest of the Trump devotees can try to excuse his actions, but it doesn't change the fact that Trump broke the law and that he has finally, for once in his life, been held accountable for it.

You're in for a big disappointment this fall, kid.
