Where to file complaints on med insurance?

What Texas state, government offices, and other organizations can I file complaints on against a medical insurance provider? Specifically prescription insurance.

I'm not coming up with much online, and the Texas state website is just designed to give people the "run around", so that's no help.

See if TX has a version of Virginia's State Corporation Commission.....Ours loves going after insurance companies as long as you are in the right.

Yeah, my insurance is not one that they will proceed against. So I'm having to look for other resources.

Wow, I find that interesting. I have went to our state's DOI several times and they flat get the job done, no matter what, or who, the insurance company might be. But the next step up the chain, well I hesitate to mention it, but-- it is the state AG. God Bless Texas.
