We really had a bunch of Commies during WWII when factories were converted for military needs.

The factories were privately owned and profited by converting to whatever they felt held the best profit. Hilarious watching you Leftards spin.

America had the flexibility to do what was needed to defeat two absolutist régimes. Unfortunately, one absolutist régime we weren't fighting, Stalin's, survived the war.
It is odd that those who don't know what the terms they use mean haven't also confused WWII Japan with "fascism" or "communism".
