I've seen some discourse lately blaming the evil Trump administration and their withdrawal from USAID being responsible for the death of "millions" of black and brown people. This obviously begs the question as to why blacks (especially} and brown people can't take care of themselves When was the last time you heard of a predominantly white or even Asian country begging/demanding that more civilised people solve their problems?

I get that colonialism and post-slavery-trauma (PST) are often excuses, but I would like to hear something more believable and less archaic.

Shitty cultures end up with shitty results. There are no exceptions with this rule.

63% of Americans believe ‘blacks who can’t get ahead are mostly responsible for their own condition’

Nationally, 63 percent say “blacks who can’t get ahead are mostly responsible for their own condition” versus 27 percent who say “racial discrimination is the main reason why many black people can’t get ahead these days.” That’s more than two-to-one.

You made a claim, verify it. Otherwise you are simply rambling.
See the above post....That was from 2014.

To get there I had to wade through two pages of articles (liberal clap-trap) about why it's everyone else's fault blacks can't take care of themselves.

Not the claim.

Also not the claim by the OP.
Op statement:

My link:

The end of USAID will lead to the deaths of millions and a huge surge in abortion.

Seems pretty similar

Not the claim.
I don't think that in the 10-years since the article was published America has changed it's mind.

I suspect the gap has widened in the meantime.

Indeed, I thought that the white man taking care of the black man's every need was abolished with the end of slavery.

A link of some sort is required in an OP by the site rules. I should know, I've been busted for that a couple of times.

In before the lock.
Why? I’ve seen thousands of OPs that had no link. Check out the new member introduction section.

That notes millions because of the spread of disease. Diseases by and large do not pick by color which is what you singled out.
Then why, pray tell, do others not beg or demand the aid of "people of color" in fighting these diseases.

Come on, yo gotta do better than that.
