Why did everyone miss this ?

Yesterday during day 5 of the so-called impeachment inquiry, counselor for political affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine and guy who looks a little too much like Geoffrey Dahmer, David Holmes, lied under oath ( at least once) and apparently I'm the only one on the planet who noticed.

At 2:00:00 he testifies to overhearing Trump on a phone conversation.
Then at 5:40:00, when questioned by Rep Ratcliff his answer completely changes.

Guess I'll have to email Hannity and let him know.
