It's true. The Sec. of State control the election.

Look what the Sec. of State in MI did to Johnson, illegally that last go round. They inappropriately administered a law. No one could say anything though when all the judges were partisan.

See, the thing is, Johnson never actually participated in the republican primary vote, so he should never have fallen under the "sore loser" law.
