I guess you would be solely responsible for deciding who needs to be locked up and who needs more government cheese. You don't have to commit a crime or even be an asshole to be undesireable. It's no crazier than pretending that we can afford to feed and clothe the world while going in debt. That's not only crazy it's self-destructive.

Here's a good standard for who needs to be locked up. Are they a danger to themselves or others. They should be locked up. Everyone else should either pay a fine or be left alone.
