I don't know. I would consider that inappropriate, but unless there is a rule against hats in class, he had every right to war a hat in class unless it was specifically inflammatory or vulgar or derogatory. And, for normal people, "Make America Great Again" does not meet the criteria for any of those things.

Does she restrict the wearing of other types of head gear? LOL, if there was a dress code, why was she wearing a dress that was split to mid thigh?

Nor do you, but I can tell you that if they had a dress code that restricted hats, it would be challenged in court and was in CA over 20 years ago. A dress code that restricted the wearing of head gear would definitely restrict the wearing of dresses split halfway up the thigh.
