Would Jesus heal a man...who didn't have gold to pay in return?

I know many on the right want our nation to return to the ideals of Christianity. And I agree, many principles of that great faith would be great if they were practiced more by humans; whether they are Christian or not, the principles are still sound for human behavior. Heck, a whole enterprise was built off "What Would Jesus Do" apparel.

And with healthcare being a huge debate now...I couldn't help but think, what would Jesus do?

If Jesus could heal men....and 5 of them approached him with illness, would he do a quick means-test to see which man had enough gold to pay in return for the healing?

What if Jesus was in a village with 10 other men with expertise in healing. Would he command those 10 men to "Heal all of the ill and injured in this village..........who have enough gold to make it worth your while; The rest of them are on their own."

Or would Jesus just command those men to do as he would, and heal all who come, without regard to how much gold they could pay in return?

Yes, indeed. Lets practice what Christ would want.
