And so I ask would those of you that are jealous and too lazy to become part of the 8%, would you prefer
just one owner of all the assets in the USA?

If so, here are some pictures of The Republic of Cuba is one of the world's last remaining socialist countries following the Marxist-Leninist ideology. The Constitution of 1976, which defined Cuba as a socialist republic, was replaced by the Constitution of 1992, which is "guided by the ideas of José Martí and the political and social ideas of Marx, Engels and Lenin."[4] The constitution describes the Communist Party of Cuba as the "leading force of society and of the state" Cuba - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Yes. One owner. As long as the one owner is ME.
And I know I can do it. You told me I could.LMAO.

A) I never said you could do it.
B) Any pompous idiot that thinks they could be, is delusional!
C) What would the rest of us 310 million Americans do? We wouldn't own anything. We wouldn't work.
D) As you evidenced you would NEVER be as you are just not smart enough!

it has no meaning. this concept of mandatory sharing someone else's hard work, success and innovative ideas is a slippery slope, as outlined by ayn rand and george orwell.

Fallacy of Either Or Premise.

There is no either or regarding this issue, which is that the normal American has very little traction in the equity in our American system. No one is suggesting that the State own the means, production, delivery, and management of all business in America.

Why do you crazies always jump to communism? What most of us want is less inequality like we had after ww2 and into the 70s. I don't recall us having communism then...

Then what are you suggesting when you probably complain about those terrible 8%ers or 1%ers and all their wealth?
To me it is an incentive to gain at least 1/100th of their wealth not jealousy or hatred.

But you may have bought into the MSM biased stories about Obama ...not realizing that Obama hates capitalism. Hates American values.
Obama is the most socialistic, big brother government supporter who has told us he wants to see 1,400 companies go broke that pay $100 billion in taxes and employ over
450,000 people! He told us he'd like to see coal utilities go bankrupt and his doing that? Why would anyone want failures for others? Again Obama and his
phony intellectual elite KNOW better then us fly over people! Totally reminiscent of central planning, D.C. cubicle dwellers...we know best!

Absolutely none of what you have just posted made any sense.

Obviously not to someone like you that is constantly berating the wealthy. Someone so childishly as to be jealous and envious to the degree you want all they have with out having to work for it! You are the type that believe ALL wealthy people don't deserve their wealth.

:) You bozo. Where have I ever berated the wealthy? Show me. Where have I ever said the wealthy don't deserve it? Show me.

Your OP fails from the get go, so you immediately attack other posters.

Very immature and a guaranteed losing strategy by you, hm.

I see a lot of hating capitalism on both sides. The right seems to have embraced crony capitalism. In the other thread morons are defending Apple and other tech companies colluding to hold down wages. That is not good capitalism. Non competes? Not good capitalism either. The right and the rich have embraced cronyism.

When ownership is reduced to such a small number, it is virtually one.

So you are in favor of seizing the 8% wealth and redistributing it. Do people like you that favor wealth re-distribution ever take the time to figure out how that would be done?
Because someone, somewhere will be making decisions as to how that wealth would be redistributed. What would distinguish that person from you?
This is where that fantasy of wealth re-distribution falls apart. Someone makes decisions as to asset redistribution and that someone has a lot of power.

This was not an exercise in fantasy as more and more young people attracted to Bernie's socialist message, are going to vote for this avowed socialist.
You think Obama was incompetent? How about Bernie who never earned a paycheck until he was elected mayor in his 40s!
What a shock.
Bernie Sanders was a bum who didn’t earn a steady paycheck until he was 40 years old. He was a slob who lived in a shack with a dirt floor. He later wrote about masturbation and rape for left-wing rags for $50 a story. The Socialist then wormed his way into politics.

The only thing he was good at was talking … non-stop … about socialism and how the rich were ripping everybody off.
“The whole quality of life in America is based on greed,” the bitter layabout said. “I believe in the redistribution of wealth in this nation.”
The choice in this election is shaping up to be a very clear one. It will likely boil down to a battle between those who create and produce wealth, and those who take it and redistribute it.

How did you conclude all that from his statement? You say moving to one is bad and then support all the wealth going to fewer and fewer. Seems what you support is moving us closer and closer to one.

Please define "crony capitalism". Also Apple ...hold down wages???

"To put that in perspective, Apple now has 60,400 employees. 36,000 of those work in the retail segment; we can assume they don’t get options or RSUs. So excluding retail, Apple has about 24,400 employees. Let’s double that number, to include all the employees who have left over the years — call it 50,000 in all. $172 billion divided by 50,000 employees is $3.4 million per employee."
How much do Apple employees earn?
So pardon the idiocy of "holding down wages" comment explain how Apple employees become part of the 8%???
