With Yemen's Presidential Palace under control of Shiite rebels:

So far, there has been no decision to evacuate the embassy. The USS Iwo Jima and the USS Fort McHenry were moved "because they will be in the best position if asked," by the State Department to evacuate the embassy, a U.S. official with direct knowledge of the planning tells CNN. So far there has been decision to evacuate the embassy, and no request from the State Department for military assistance.

The GOP is hoping with bated breath for just that to happen. It's their only chance to find a 2016 strategy.

The only foreign policy you'd approve of is a black hole for U.S. money and U.S. military lives. So I'd say compared to that Obama's foreign policy has been a resounding success.

These Al-Queda wannabe junior varsity types are becoming pesky.

After 6 years, it ought to be easy to tell whether Obama is more liar or more fool. But I can't make up my mind.

True, he is an extravagant & picturesque liar, but is he also a fool--does he believe his own bullshit?

I think he believes it becomes true when he mouths it from his august personage. And that necessarily makes him a fool. Can you imagine how pompous an ass he would be if he had not failed so miserably as a president.

Wait for America to sacrifice everything to beat them and then benefit from their resources?

Some people think if we sit back and withdraw from the world and let our enemies and adversaries, gain strength, power and influence, it's be a good thing, because we save money. In reality we pay more in the end, because eventually they must be confronted for our security. That's the job of our military:thup:. Of course the blame America first crowd will do what they do

You know who benefited most from our adventures in Iraq and Afghanistan? China, Russia, and Iran. And countries trying to push an anti-America agenda.
