Michael Cohen - designated thug self described fixer. Trump's long time personal attorney.

And your "star witness" against Trump (along with a washed-up porn star).

Hahahahahahahaha!

Like most trials of top leaders of organized crime families, the testimonies involving Trump Family Crime Syndicate members is backed up by other evidence and the testimony of others.

Trump like his family's former countrymen, kept records. As with those Nazis, his own record keeping will convict him.

Sounds more like you're trying to convince yourself than anyone else. Keep trying. Cohen will be shown to be a liar once again. Maybe he will get another year for perjury. LOL, moron.
The pre-corroborating evidence is yuge in volume. Yuge!

No one will be asked to rely on Cohen alone.

While only a dope would discount it completely.
No. But it shows your complete lack of any ability to distinguish between truth and falsehoods and your indifference to it as long as you biased itch gets scratched.

But back to reality. In the real world, outside of politics and the legal system, even a completely retarded braying jackass like you wouldn’t trust a damn word out of Cohen’s mouth.

Michael Cohen Was Paid to Fix Trump’s Problems. Now He’s One of Them.

Mr. Cohen once called himself Donald J. Trump’s “designated thug.” Will he help bring about the ex-president’s downfall?

It's incredible. Mr. Trump's private family company has had so many criminals working for it. Not sure how normal this is. We're getting inside views of how the enterprise was run, by the testimony in a criminal case. It's all so tawdry.
Today:

He was known by many titles — “lawyer,” “special counsel,” even one he gave himself, “designated thug” — but when Michael D. Cohen’s testimony began Monday morning at the criminal trial of his former boss, Donald J. Trump, he was asked about the most common: fixer.

“It’s fair,” the witness acknowledged, before describing the job.

Cohen was convicted of federal crimes tied to Trump

The Michael Cohen we see on the stand today bears no resemblance to the Cohen who used to appear on cable news shows to promote his boss during the 2016 campaign.

It’s not just that he’s older, grayer, paler — though he’s all of those things. He used to brim over with swagger, ego and superlatives, a mini me of Trump. Today, he gives the appearance of having been chastened by his experience, which included a stint in prison. He speaks carefully, a little nervously.

The arc of the questioning here seems pretty clear: Susan Hoffinger, the prosecutor, has used Michael Cohen to paint a picture for the jury of Trump’s personality and characteristics as a businessman. She now appears to be leading him into describing how those traits may have translated into his life as a politician — which is directly relevant to the case at hand.

Susan Hoffinger, the prosecutor, asks Michael Cohen if he ever talked to Trump about whether he was concerned that negative personal stories would come forward. Cohen describes a conversation before the presidential campaign kickoff, quoting Trump saying, “You know that when this comes out, meaning the announcement, just be prepared, there’s going to be a lot of women coming forward.”

Trump has been sitting perfectly still, eyes closed, for nearly an hour now while Cohen testifies.

Who said they were?

Can you provide a link that proves this?

Oh wait! No you can't. Never mind.
If the NDA was to hide an illegal campaign expenditure, the NDA cannot make legal that which was illegal. I think that's NY's case, in a nutshell. The NDA take is just shit the Orange Orangutang is throwing on the wall

I'd be very surprised though to learn other presidential candidates don't pay off people too. Although ... porn stars? Jeez

No Progs are dirty unless the party jettisons them. So squeaky clean. Whether Trump is guilty of anything means nothing when we live with fascism.

BackAgain arguing like that?

He should've been a criminal lawyer for America's criminal organizations. Oh wait! Many of those people convicted had lawyers arguing the points Liability the Welsher is.

The Trump Family Crime Syndicate was and is loaded with criminals and liars, headed by The Boss who out-lies all of them put together.

so
never mind
Oh look. Troll bitch, the Dainty, is still trolling and baiting.

Reporting on Trump’s criminal trial

Just a reminder about the structure of the charges in this case: Trump has been indicted on 34 counts of falsifying business records related to reimbursing Cohen for the hush-money payment to Stormy Daniels. Those misdemeanor charges can be bumped up to felonies...

if the jury believes the records were doctored to further or conceal another crime

in this instance, an effort to illegally influence the 2016 election.

Personally, I think NY's case is a stretch, but ...... it cheers me a bit to see "states rights" biting trump's "bigly" ass. (and states don't have rights)

No one will be asked to rely on Cohen alone. As with the Nazi cases at Nuremberg, the prosecution is using the defendant's records against him.
