In a Republic, actually
‘The progression of “woke” from its origins in the Black community to its eventual status as a conservative dog whistle has been well-documented, yet right-wing media — including Fox News — can’t seem to settle on a definition. However, the lack of a clear definition hasn’t stopped Fox from indiscriminately throwing “woke” at hundreds of things.

The problem is a two-way street: Fox personalities struggle to define “woke” because they have attributed the term to nearly everything under the sun, stripping it of any meaningful definition and surrendering it to right-wing dog whistles. In doing so, Fox News has solidified the word’s status as a derisive catch-all for anything involving marginalized groups or progressive policies, arguably increasing its effectiveness as a means of inspiring outrage among its audience.’

And of course, Fox isn’t alone among conservative entities that misrepresent and lie about ‘woke.’

Faux News, is “right wing”? :laughing0301:

It’s still just another corporate media that shills for the Establishment.

There are no black mermaids. Anybody who has seen a mermaid knows this.

Faux still hasn't noticed that we had a "First Lady" who was really a MAN...

You should stop watching Fox so much Mrs Jones....it will offset the botox and fillers you use for those frown wrinkles.

Which one of those 200 are you suggesting they were incorrect about?

The Establishment is right wing. Hadn't you heard?
The Establishment is Uniparty.

Would had thought you learned that when after Obama was elected he didn’t get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan, and expanded more wars in the Middle East.

I don't bother watching Fox News, CNN or MSNBC because of the constant disinformation. I find that News Nation reports news fairly and without bias.
