You speak about two different things and combine them. Every abortion is a tragedy and not a right. But also sometimes a not-abortion is able to be a tragedy and not a right. First of all the life of the mother has to be protected before the life of her unborn child is able to be protected. "Roe vs Ward" had been without logic - that was the problem of this decision. The right to live is not a decision of free choice of a single private person. There must exist real reasons for an abortion because every abortion kills a human being in the hope to be born.
