There is also no dispute that he tried to take a gun from them.We don't know what happened.Actually they did not accost him over nothing, they identified him as a man that was breaking into local homes and sought to question him.
They had no authority to question him. None. Not even a little bit...
He it seems chose confrontation and attempted to take a shotgun. T
So, lemme' make sure I've got this straight: Two white guys arm themselves, hop in their pickup, chase down a black guy and stop him and it's the black guy that's confrontational?
Exactly how fucking high are you?
The cops and DA by now have reviewed the evidence including any video proof and appear at this time to believe the man and son.
And a lot of people are suspect of the police there.
If you or I had shot the guy, we'd have been placed in custody and questioned. The fact that McMichael wasn't shows favoritism, likely due to his former status within the law enforcement community.
This case is getting another look, and it would now appear as thought the feds may be getting involved. Since the allegations are of racial profiling, there are civil rights violations to consider and to investigate. The local boys don't get to do that...
Well, we know that a n unarmed black guy was chased down and killed by two armed white guys.
There's no dispute about that...
