I propose Bloomberg change his ban on 16 oz soft drinks and instead only limit fatties to 16 oz or less.

Before you can order a meal in a restaurant, you have to step on the scales. If you meet the height and weight requirements, you can chow down on whatever you want.

If you are titanic, you can order a salad and a bottled water, and an electronic chit is sent to your health insurance company to alert them to raise your rates.

If you are going to be totalitarian, do it right!
