Our glorious leader of Russian oligarchs in a Merica today apparently decided that he is also in charge of a Venezuela First policy. In the process, he made Nicolas Maduro the only authoritarian leader of a foreign country that he doesn't try to cuddle with.


Past statements by Vlad Trump in regard to not being the world's police force are to be disregarded by his followers on Twitter.
