The rock bottom price for a home in los Angeles (500 to 800 sqf) is $400k. Rent for a dump apartment is $850 to $1200.
What does that mean?
What that means is, all of the illegals are leaving Los Angeles for other communities around the country who are welcoming them, because they want to buy houses too.
They're going to Salt Lake city, they're going everywhere.
For years they have been going to Virginia. I was born in the country so I don't know what's happening in Virginia. The Feds and the state of Virginia are telling illegals to go there, I don't know what it is.
They find out where they're welcome and they go there, it's hard to live in California now.
It must be nice to leave the dump you created and be welcomed into a country that hands you everything.
