Is it legal for the Prosecutor to charge a man with a crime when He/She knows the person is innocent. The the crime never took place?

Does the Chief Judge of a Superior Court Judiciary oversee the Prosecutors office?

Can a man be charged with Murder if the Judiciary knows no one was Murdered?

Can a man be Charged with Arson if none of the elements to convict him of Arson exist?

How long can an accused man be held in jail without his right to trial being exercised.
(no speedy trial waiver ever signed) ?

Does anyone care that this all happened in Seattle Washington?

I seek the counsel of an Attorney who will file suit against:
King County
King County Judiciary
King County Prosecutors Office
King County Office of Public Defense
Curtis Gordon Smitch and Margie ? Smitch
Can a Trial Judge deny a Prose Defendant a Court Reporter at Trial ?
Can a Trial Judge Start Jury Instruction, Quote : Verbatum; "Mr. Murphy is to be presumed
Guilty unless PROVEN INNOCENT".
