The battle to save the NHS is now on.

The RCN is the worlds least militant union and should have taken this action years ago. 12 years of conservatism have led to this mess and people are going to die because of tory policies.

The tories only response to this is to say there is no money and to try and turn public opinion against the nurses.

Its doomed to fail. People are being asked to choose between lying tory politicians or the nurse who saved their mothers life.

Britain is broken and the revolution cant come quickly enough.

Nothing is working. You cant get a passport,take a driving test, catch a train or post a letter.All local schools have cancelled nativity plays because of strep A.

Churches are providing warm rooms for people who cant afford to put their heating on.

Meanwhile our zombie conservative govt lurches on oblivious to it all. They are responding to the strikes by drawing up laws to ban strikes.

But if you believe Starmer, for example , is one jot less of a WEF arse lick than Sunak et al , then we do disagree over something .
And regardless, even if there are a few non obligated and honey trapped opposition individuals , I cannot see how a NHS can function when the country is truly bankrupt .

I have no positive ideas on how to save the basic foundation principals of the NHs and it is just possible that no solution can be found this side of a revolution .
So let's have one .

We spend less on health than Germany or France. We can afford to spend more.Its the same for all of our services. Our economy is set up to benefit the 1% and that needs to change.

Im not enthused by starmer either. But he is a better option tha these tories. They have run out of ideas and credibility.
