Other courts have already established the precedent on this and Judge Cannon's ruling is clearly faulty and will be overturned by The Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Meanwhile Trump is still guilty (according to court rulings) of sexual assault (rape), defamation, and business fraud.
According to your own logic these convictions must be valid and mean that Trump is guilty then right?
