You ca not tell from a single still photo. They have done MRIs on the child that show 70% of his brain is gone. The doctors would have no reason to lie.

This child belongs to his parents, not the people, not the government, THE PARENTS, if those parents want to take THEIR son to Italy for treatment it's up to them, it is their choice. Not YOURS, not the GOVERNMENT...NOR ANYONE ELSE
