Now then, let's take a good hard look and see what we have here.

Yes, much of the MSM, if not all, are biased (one way or the other). This is not new. What IS new is the volume, intensity (this could be argued, see: United States presidential election, 1800 - Wikipedia), and avaliability of media. There enlies both the problem (as I see it), and the solution. With the "coming of age" of the internet, and thus a widespread, national "public square" for people to put forth their ideas (yes, even crazy, racist, sexist, and otherwise bigoted ones) we have a built-in solution. If one does not like the way one outlet reports on what is happening, there is a virtually unlimited number of options.

Don't like the way CNN reports, try MSNBC. Don't like MSNBC, try FoxNews. Don't like FoxNews, try Drudge. Don't like any of them, find someone else... There are literally thousands of places to get your news. Find one you like, and feel like you can trust to be fair, balanced, and honest. Then spread the word.

Most importantly, don't just complain about this outlet or that outlet. DO SOMETHING!!! Like stop listening/watching/reading them. Just go some place else. Or start your own. It really is that simple. If more people would just do that, and stop complaining, those who have an agenda (or are overtly biased) to the point that they do not cater to enough people's preferences to stay in business, will fail, or change. It's really no different than any other business...

Don't like Walmart, shop somewhere else.
Don't like Target, go elsewhere.
Don't like Tom's widgets, go "down the street" to his competitor.

Our media have become largely useless because nothing you read can you believe; worse still, our schools have become in part an extension of media-driven hype. They report every shooting, yet, when was the last time you heard reported a story of a crime stopped or prevented by having a gun? The Democrats and liberal media have been nothing short of defamatory and alarmist in their claims since Trump took office and long before going all the way back to GW Bush. The Left believes it and people on the Right get sick of it and react to it, and we wonder why things are going the way they are. I genuinely wonder if not the One World Order isn't instigating this to drive us into martial law and complete government takeover; Obama certainly opened the door up wide and many are pissed that Trump got in their way.

Interesting that the MSM thought that 15 "bombs" that were only missing the "acme bomb" logo were far more of a story than an actual, real, threat. That is not to say that these "bombs" should be ignored, quite the contrary. Threats and actions of any violence against ANY public person should be taken equally seriously.

IMHO THAT is the bigger issue. I have not, nor do I care to take the time to, however, if someone has, I would be interested in seeing an analysis of the coverage of the 15 "bombs" versus the coverage of the shooting at the Congressional baseball practice (where real people were put in very real danger). I wonder how they stack up...
