Seems like our intelligence agencies are trying to create a sense of terror in the populace in their continued efforts to vilify Trump and his supporters.

FBI knows that dirty bombs aren't really WMD. Dirty bombs cause terror, but they do not cause much loss of life other than the initial blast. The bomb gives off its highest radiation field when the radioactive material is concentrated, before dispersing it in an explosion.
