It fundamentally is Biden who is responsible, when he injected thousands of illegal migrants into the Tampa Bay area, many of whom are wealthy, thereby drastically altering the housing market.

It secondarily is Desantis who is responsible, for sitting back and watching lifelong Tampa Bay residents be evicted, because of astronomical rent increases they are unable to pay. He then sits back and does nothing, while these lifelong residents' apartments/houses become occupied by people who are here illegally, and have been in the US for a few days.
