On the contrary, the Congress can require the same kind of license for a large capacity semiautomatic rifle or pistol as is required for a .45 Thompson. And I would definately support such a law.Kind of like aiding the police if a group of Sovereign Citizens gets the upper hand. And the Supreme Court has already ruled that the government does have the right to control who has access to certain types of weapons.Did you know, nobody takes the right wing seriously about the law or economics?do you even know what you are talking about?....i will ask again....what do better roads and aqueducts have to do with your question about any security problems we have?....and once again,a militia is not a police force...We have a Second Amendment. Are you claiming right wing governors and commanders in chief of that which is declared Necessary to the security of a free State, not a free City, are useless?what do better roads and aqueducts have to do with your question about any security problems we have?......and a militia is not a police force....
The defense and protection of the state and of the United States is an obligation of all persons within the state. The legislature shall provide for the discharge of this obligation and for the maintenance and regulation of an organized militia.
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Than means:
To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union or the State, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;
Yes.....Dangerous and unusual....since rifles and pistols are in common use....you asswipes have no say over those....
