Who is forcing who? I just don't get the whole getting pissed because of a nativity scene. I don't believe Christmas is a Christian holiday, just my beliefs, but if others believe it, then I don't care, it doesn't change my belief at all.

No they are not. It is easy to get excused and go to the library. Happens all the time in every school that has any celebrations. I had a friend in school that was part of a sect of the Seventh Day Adventist that was in the band and never participated or went to his mandatory Christmas concert.

We all need to be tolerant of others beliefs. You have a right to believe what you want as do I. We don't have a right to stop others from living life the way they believe.
