Austin TX: Man tries to use car bomb to kill cops; fails; Video

Suspect thought he had turned his car into a bomb. He calls 911..and when cops approach him he jumps into car and tries to blow everyone up.

It ignites. But not big enough. He obviously didnt like it.

They should've hugged him more. Yeah. A little good ole Mayberry style community policing is all Texas needs.
