Technically, you are correct. The U.S. AG has no authority to dictate such decisions to state AGs. What old-timers in the establishment DO have the power to accomplish is to destroy any future career ambitions in DC for anyone at state-level politics. I don't have any idea who in DC was originally involved in this coup by electoral fraud, but it seems plain that once it was put in motion, none of those establishment scum had the courage to do anything to stop it. Even SCOTUS was intimidated in some way. Perhaps Roberts explained that if Trump was allowed to have another term due to any act of the SCOTUS, they could well be responsible for the extreme violence that was planned for that contingency.

Anyone who mocks that idea may well have to eat their words in 2024. If Trump runs and is able to win, especially if he were to win by a very large margin, the Left and their media and supporters will set this nation on fire. They'll most likely be screaming about "voter suppression" that the Republican legislatures engaged in but that really won't matter. If that's the way they want to act then America will be in extreme danger because this next time around, the Right will not be cheated and shouted down by media whores.
