My physician. She is an amazing and scholarly caregiver. You might say God blessed her with good graces and intellect, because I wouldn't mind.

someone .. can't recall whom.. said years ago something about how we have to take care of ourselves and when I tried to do that (better), I eventually found myself becoming very selfish and self centered. So one has to be very careful. I'm not saying that about you or anyone else; I don't know your situation at all and I do know sometimes people drive themselves too hard and it takes a toll on their health, but if I were to give advice to young people or whomever, I would say that what is good for your health is not always good for your spiritual health. You have to stay in prayer to know the correct balance.

I hope I don't sound like I am lecturing... sigh.

I just know my own life, is all. I have been misled many many times.
