Those requests were summarily refused by Biden Administration officials...the same officials who denied LAST WEEK that there were ANY requests for additional resources...

That isnt what the article said. It said there was no request at the Butler rally that was denied and in fact they beefed up security due to the Iranian rumor. What was said was that over the 2 years there were requests that were not filled but that they solved with local police and not Secret Service due to staffing levels.

What is the lie? They clarified the response to show their statement was accurate for the Butler rally but that if you went back to the beginning of time there were some requests that weren’t filled which obviously was the right call since he didn’t get shot at any of those other moments.
