Except they'd be paying for it with our own money.

Wouldn't Biden be better off putting down any suggestions of nuclear war, on the assumption that Russia would be annihilated and America would remain untouched?

No, America isn't a paper tiger. Far from it.

The answer lies in the fact that America is no longer the only country that can run the rest of the world.

You need to first understand that America must act on the foreign policy scene with the understanding that it has to accomplish it's goals with nuclear weapons off the table.

This is the reason why America is pursuing the plan that is being tried in the Ukraine.
