They do have nuclear weapons and delivery systems. Nuclear weapons detonated in the Western Hemisphere will be mostly the United States. They are not grenades. Here is another angle. A nation cannot deliver the weapons. So, in their hinterlands they detonate hundreds and hundreds of them. There will be an affect.

On this one, the president is right. Russia has no interest to launch nuclear strike. It would create a catastrophic world problem possibly Armageddon.
