If you turn off loading graphics it's a much nicer looking blue, which leads me to believe it is doable at the admin level.

just an idea. some boards have a drop down at the bottom to select differents board colors/styles. this color would of course be default.

Now the color is even worse , a bleached out puking yellow with the reading area all bleached out as well.
