Bonparte

They have a mental disorder named after him.
Well spotted . But for Mortuary it is the syndrome not the complex ( being small etc ) . Unconsciously our subject with a zero musical ear has found himself

He felt embarrassed by his father's haughtiness and fixation on gentility. When Napoleon attended a French military academy, he became deeply self conscious about his Corsican roots. He spoke a Corsican patois, and his hollow nobility attracted mockery. He struggled to make friends, and built up a thin-skinned arrogance as his defense mechanism. Ironically, Napoleon might not have had a Napoleon complex at all. Psychological Seth Rosenthal told Psychology Today, "A Napoleon complex is essentially being narcissistic

Mortimer, Louis XV1 had said: in 300 years, you will remember me because I would have built Versailles without counting .

Napoleon is more popular than him in France and around the world because Louis X1V and his descendants led to the ruin of the France and following that there was the French Revolution and as for Napoleon 1 who became General in 1793 and 11 Years after he became the first Emperor of France.
Many of my friends are specialists in his many Comma-perfect battles to the last comma to the letter .

The Corsicans are very proud of their roots and they are more red-blooded than other French people in general and each territory here in my country is different as well as their patois.

Is he popular and a symbol in France? Or people are indifferent? Is he like a heroe?

I enjoy reading about important historic figures and he is near the top of those that had a worldwide impact. I am not sure if some would see him as a hero but he was an interesting and important figure in world history. His Civil Code was studied as was his military career. What I personally found interesting about him was how he could get people to support him and follow him with just the words he spoke. Read up on his return to power and you will see what I mean.
