LAS VEGAS -- The son of a Nevada rancher, who faced off with the Bureau of Land Management earlier this year, has been arrested.
Cliven Lance Bundy, 34, was arrested Monday on criminal contempt and probation violation charges. In July, a warrant was issued for his arrest because Bundy did not appear before a Clark County District Court judge who oversees a drug diversion program.
He could face two to eight years in state prison, if he is found in violation of terms of the five years probation imposed after he pleaded guilty in February 2013 to felony burglary and weapon theft charges.
Remember this. John Corzine stole 2 Billion in MF Global funds and wasn't even arrested.
No matter the political persuasion, there should be NO jail time for Drug Addicts.

His uncle had lived in the United States illegally since the 1970s and revealed for the first time in testimony that his famous nephew had stayed at his Cambridge apartment for about three weeks. At the time, Onyango Obama was here illegally and fighting deportation.
On Thursday, a White House official said the press office had not fully researched the relationship between the president and his uncle before telling the Globe in 2011 that it had no record of the two meeting.
This time, press office staff members asked the president directly, which they said they had not done in 2011.
