It's like I've always said, Democrats are checkers players while Republicans are chess players that think several moves ahead of time.

CA has the most people and businesses leaving in modern history. This is just one more reason for more people to go.

Like the effects with forced bussing, all they will do is encourage people with money to leave. What you have left is people with no money to support your government. And like cities that experienced busing, they end up with major financial problems down the road.

But the Biden administration already addressed that problem: more environmental regulations on our energy producers who pass those costs to all of us.

In an article on our local news sites, they warn us that our electricity rates will nearly double this summer. Thanks Joe. This is on top of us paying nearly twice the price for gasoline and natural gas.

The left is all for the poor unless issues more important to them come up. Then it's throw poor people under the bus. It's a good thing for them poor people are too politically ignorant to stop voting for their party.

Are we really surprised? It is the same old shit. Common sense tells us one thing, the left vehemently gaslights and denigrates opposition, then later on it turns out that common sense was 100% correct. This is happening over and over and over. Did you already forget about the mass exodus of Californians to other states where California actually has to put up billboards begging people not to move out of state? Yes, tax the rich more and make them pay higher utility bills and let them move to another state but don't worry because when that happens you can just tax the remaining ones more to make up the difference in lost revenues. Think about it.
