Because they don't really look like the lesbian's you see on porn hub. Once you see a real lesbian couple it's kinda gross. Just picture two women you would never want to see naked getting together. You wouldn't want them anywhere near you.

Hot women use them anyhow, on occasion & place, where the women's bathroom is backed-up. Nobody complains.

IMO, I don't mind if a dude uses a woman's bathroom, on the condition he passes as a women, which may be 1% of turn-gending cross-dressers. For the other 99%, as far as I'm concerned throw the book at them, it's ridiculous and represents decay. May seem like a double standard, but it's not (hot women Vs WTF). It's natural.

As a woman (cough) I protest there aren't enough places to sit in a men's bathroom. You ever sat in a urinal? no, I doubt it, it's not especially comfortable. That and there aren't any kotex dispensers, which in my mind is discrimination. I once saw my name on a stall that read "for a good time remain in this bathroom.". This is all offensive to my attorney, because I prefer using the dude's bathroom, since I identify with dudes more than chicks.
