Me stating the solution would of course MAKE ME A RACIST.

Some simple things to do!
1. If you're a black man you stay and take care of your children
2. Some people that want the betterment of the black community should become teachers.
3. These kids will hopefully grow up to be educated and ready to build businesses(or work in one).

This community needs to enforce the law.

Anything less is going to cause more problems.

Although you obviously see the Detroit problem as a racial issue, it isn't--it's about the automobile industry and how it has restructured.

The jobs in Detroit disappeared, and what remains are modern American low-wage jobs.

What also remains are the people who are too lazy, stupid, or otherwise unmotivated to go where there are better jobs.

Yeah, but that's not the entire population.
