Clearly torturing people is a crime. The US prosecuted and convicted Japanese for using waterboarding on their US captives during WWII. All relevant material should be disclosed and those involved should be tried.

Let Cheney's excuses for torture be disclosed, it does not change the nature of the crime he was involved with.

I think anyone wondering if dogs, insects, slapping, walling, waterboarding, sleep deprivation, confined spaces, etc. would be enough, should be subjected to these methods. Especially congress. We could find out where all the good whore houses and gay baths are.

We could use it on military contractors as well. I'd bet we'd find *lots* of waste and pork if we put a few executives on the table for a few treatments.

Now that the Justice Department's lawyers recommendations/parameters have been released, along with the details that made CIA confident they were NOT breaking any laws-domestic or through conventions/treaties; the results should also be made public, since President Obama is 'open to' the authors being prosecuted.

Then the potential jury pool hears all there is to hear, before you know, the 'fair trials' begin.
