This stuff is incredible, and super, super, duper easy (great for kids).
Graham crackers
2 boxes 3-oz Instant vanilla pudding mix
Chocolate frosting
Milk
whipped topping (optional, as I found out)
Okay, it's easy...make the instant pudding using 3 C of milk; mix in the cool whip.
I screwed up and used cook & serve and didn't realize it until I added the cool whip, lol. I dumped it all in a pan, brought it to a boil, let it cool and used it, it was great.
Put a layer of graham crackers down in a 13x9 pan.
Layer of pudding.
Layer of graham crackers
Layer of pudding.
Layer of graham crackers and slather with chocolate frosting.
Refrigerate.
Yum yum yum yum. And you can't screw it up. I used the cook & serve pudding, and didn't have enough graham crackers for the final layer (my daughter ate them). We put the frosting on each individual serving; but my daughter and I liked it best without. It's pretty much good no matter what you do.
